In 2010, together with a team of people, I started building a manufacturing company. We built new manufacturing technologies, employed dozens of people, and built business partnerships across Europe, Africa, and Asia. In 2021, we successfully sold the company to German investors. This gave me enormous experience in how an employee behaves, how a company is managed, how to handle crises, and how a customer thinks.
